Grand Hyatt Poipu – Family Fun at the Best Resort in Kauai

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Kauai. I was born and raised on this island and everyone knows that Grand Hyatt is the best hotel on Kauai. So Chris and I got married here in 2009. Now 9 years later, we visited again with our 2 kids.

We purchased our 2 nights here with our Hyatt points we earned from credit cards. And they upgraded us with a beautiful ocean view suite with so many special treats & surprises for the kids waiting for us in the room.

The resort has great activities for families such as feeding the koi & swans in the morning followed by picture taking with the beautiful parrots. Also we loved swimming in the pools although it was quite cold in the winter time! It took some time to get warmed up but we did swim everyday regardless of the cold water. We loved walking along the beach and resort taking family photos during the most beautiful Kauaian sunsets.
